El Shako is Casa Shako is an smaller house thought for people enjoying a long stay or to be mostly outdoor. Il has a fully equiped kitchen connected to the bedroom and all the accomodations needed. It shares the access to the pool with Casa Selva and Casa Mar
Apartementos
Casa mono, casa iguana & casa cielo are 3 apartments ment to offer you a spacious experience where all you wish for is on the same story. Their two closed bedrooms are ideal for a friends or family. There are well equiped with a fully functionnal kitchen and outdoor multifunctional spaces. They share a commun pool for the perfect refreshment at anytime of the day.
Casa Selva
Casa Selva is a perfect choice for a couple with or without kids or for up to 3 close friends adults since only a stairway is separating the rooms. It shares access to the pool with Casa Mar.

lt’s a beautiful casa with a tasteful design and a lovely outdoor shower and pool. Good wifi! The complex has 3 units, each with private access to the shared garden and pool, private outdoor shower and surf board. Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and a bit further you are on one of the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa.
El Habita couldn’t be in a more ideal location in Santa Teresa. We loved our stay here so much we extended it for 3 more days. Pura Vida 🙂

Highly recommend El Hábita! Great location in North Santa Teresa. Space itself is beautiful. As a solo female traveler who works remote, I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting ST. Paula was wonderful, again cannot recommend this beautiful home enough! Pura vida!

- Efficient water use is vitally important, please do not leave the water faucet opened, nor dripping,.

- The towels delivered in the house are exclusively for bathroom use. Extra towels are available for swimming pool and beach needs.
- The cleaning service is upon request daily or weekly.

Checking out
- When leaving the property, the key must be left on the keyboard, next to the reception. In case of losing the key, the charge will be $5 USD
- Checkout hour is at 11am.
Security
- A safe box is available in each house to keep personal and valuable belongings safe (such as passports, laptops, wallets, etc.)
- A private parking is available for Casa Selva and Casa Mar’s guests.
